The main rules for using Studora.

Studora is provided to help students discover academic resources, discuss useful materials, manage coursework, use Sage for study support, and organize academic workflows across web and mobile.

By using Studora, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not interfere with the safety, stability, payment systems, moderation systems, or normal use of the platform by others.

Students are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login access, and keeping academic profile details reasonably truthful.

Studora may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or remove access where we identify fraud, security risk, payment abuse, repeated moderation violations, severe safety issues, or material violations of these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Suspended or deactivated users may be routed through the existing account status and appeal process where review is available.

Students remain responsible for notes, files, resource uploads, posts, polls, quizzes, comments, profile photos, prompts, documents, and other content they upload, submit, or share through Studora.

Studora may review, hide, reject, remove, flag, or retain content for safety, academic integrity, copyright, fraud prevention, moderation audit, appeals, or legal reasons. Rejected content may be hidden from normal users, including the author.

You must not upload content you do not have permission to share, content that violates the Community Guidelines, malware, phishing material, exam leaks, active assessment answers, or content that causes harm to other users or institutions.

Sage is an AI study assistant intended to support understanding, revision, summaries, practice, and document-based study. Sage output may be incomplete or incorrect, so students should review important academic work carefully.

Plan limits may affect Sage messages, document uploads, input size, post context, bookmark context, saved sessions, and retention. These limits can change as Studora improves reliability, billing, and product fit.

Studora may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, billing intervals, plan names, Sage limits, included features, promotional access, and provider availability may change over time.

Paid access may be processed through third-party payment providers. Failed, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or expired payments may affect subscription status or access to paid features.

Studora may update, improve, limit, pause, or remove features, access levels, moderation coverage, pricing, waitlist flows, and product experiences over time as the platform evolves.
